HOW IT WORKS IN 5 SIMPLE STEPS
1. Book Your Spot – Secure your place in one of our twice-monthly Wednesday shoots with a £750 deposit, which goes towards purchasing image credits (£50 per social media image). Fill out a form with your preferences and send us a line sheet with your products (minimum 10-15 pieces of jewelry required).
2. We Handle the Production – Our team selects the styling and location. A model is preselected for the scheduled shoot date.
3. Choose Only What You Love – Pick your favourite shots from a curated selection.
4. Pay Per Photo – No hidden fees—just simple, transparent pricing.
5. Receive Ready-to-Use Images – We provide unretouched social media content images. Additional online usage, retouching, and extended copyright options are available—please refer to our T&Cs for details.

How many images do you take?
You will have between 150-250 images to choose from for your social media needs. There’ll also be at least one video that will beautifully translate to Instagram/Facebook.
Can I be at the studio on the day of the shoot?
To keep your jewellery safe, we limit all photo shoots to the immediate Gem Kreatives team. This allows us to protect your products and work as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We hope for your understanding and cooperation as safety matters to us and to your business. Please fill in this online form, where you can specify your inspirations / photo preferences / style / brand colours before the shoot.
How many pieces of jewellery should I send to you for the shoot?
At least 10-15.
Why do you only accept bookings that are two weeks in advance?
A lot of work goes into preparing the shoot. We need to brief the team, liaise with the stylist, create moodboards and more. That's why we ask our clients to book well in advance, and two weeks' notice is our cutoff point.
Why do I need to pay a £750 deposit?
We are committed to providing you, the client, the best result possible. We want you to love the videos and images we shoot, but to ensure we don’t compromise on quality, we need a deposit to cover our baseline costs. Don’t worry though: the deposit is applied to your account and is credit that can be used to buy imagery from your page.
Why do I need to send you a line sheet with the production cost?
Our insurance covers jewellery up to £50,000 and we need to understand what we have on the set as a result.
Can I use the images on my website, as well as on social media?
Via our website, you will be able to shop your favourite photos and videos and use them on your social media feeds, website, newsletters and more. In fact, we encourage our clients to get creative and use the images/videos across as many formats as possible.
How do I access to the photos? Will you email them to me?
You will have access to all the photos/videos on our website for 12 months, so you can purchase more whenever you need them via the password-protected link.
You are shooting 3 brands with one model? Won't photos look the same?
Don't worry we develop unique shoot ideas for different brands based on their brand identity and mood boards. Two shoots never look the same!
I have booked a slot. Why did I receive the email that the photoshoot has been moved or cancelled? What happens now?
In the exceptional circumstances our planned photoshoots can be moved or cancelled. The reason could be that we don't have enough brands booked on that day and we don't cover our expenses. In this case we will offer you an alternative date for the shoot or refund a deposit. We will let you know about any changes no less than 7 days in advance. Other cancellations may happen due to force major, but if it is a cancellation from our side, you always get your deposit back.
